It has been a marvelous journey since 1992; Beginning at San Remo's Pizzeria and Italian Ristorante then to Pizza d'carlo extending to Pizza d'carlo Gourmet Pizza. Originating from Florence Italy, my grandparents then immigrated to Portoviejo Ecuador. Building culture from both countries they then voyaged to Salt Lake City Utah, this being their founding spot of input to America. Following their first touch down in America there were many more to come; Sugarhouse Utah, North SLC Utah, Clarksville Tn, Tampa Fl, Temple Terrace Fl and now South Pasadena Fl. I would like to thank my mother Victoria for always believing and supporting my dreams. She is truly the only person that really understands this business with her devotion to gastronomy. D'Carlo would not exist without mama Vittoria's fascination and love for satisfying food and the kitchen, through d'carlo her legacy continues to move forward. Now Mama Vittoria is no longer among us, but she has accomplish a wonderful life and great products.
